We have known Angie and her family for years and I can attest to the fact that she, indeed, was the healthiest sick person we knew. When I recommend her IG page to others I tell them that I’ve been in her home (they have hosted us many times for long stays) and everything she posts is very real. She really does milk the goats, make the sourdough, build the wreaths, brew amazing coffee, homeschool 3 sweet babies and her house is that beautiful- all the time. Once when I was quite ill she offered to have me come stay with her as a “healing” retreat - even though she wasn’t feeling well herself. She and her sweet family are the real deal and I’m so grateful the Lord saw it in His will to heal her and give her this testimony ❤️

Could you share a little bit more about this? What symptoms, triggers did you have? When did it start? What did you do and how have symptoms changed? Thanks in advance

Thank you so much for posting this video! I have exactly the same issues as you, in my case it really started drastically 7 months ago after I was given an antibiotic that damages the nervous system and was then thrown in psychiatry by my own family who of course have been traumatizing me since I was young but also aren't aware of Mast cells and EDS and POTS etc. Doctors would not believe me, it was a nightmare. Anyways, I am working really hard on my nervous system. I was Als diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy which is common with people with EDS but also is caused by this antibiotic. I have a brain on fire, inflammation, antibodies attacking my own nerve sheets and dopamine receptors. I am 33 yo. I always had difficulties with my nervous system and regulation (unsurprisingly with the family I have). The only thing is that I have had signs of EDS since I was a teenager, but also, they have found the hEDS gene now. I don't think I have hEDS, I think I have classical type, but my very amazing doctor I work with now, an actual MD, says that I should be able to go back at barely having any signs of EDS if I can heal my nervous system and start being active like I used to. And that's a lot as right now, my posture severity according to my X-rays and scans at the nucca was 28. 15 is considered severe. 28 is double that. I never had any issue with my posture until given this antibiotic and being traumatized by family and psychiatrists for months. Now it's at 2.5 after adjustment. But I have no muscle tone at all anymore to hold my back and my connective tissues are sh*t. I really pray this can go away and that I can get my life back. Thanks again for sharing all of this with us. 🙏❤️

Thank you for sharing your experiences with and for us Angie, I started following you when I became interested in End Myopia. I learned about your Nervous system difficulties just recently. I've also had nervous system struggles. Mine were mostly from traumatic brain injuries in 2001. I have my own Neurological Health coach in California that has helped me improve. She's a Feldenkrais practitioner among other labels. I keep up with Feldenkrais and Qigong lessons daily now to continue my lifelong progress. I wish you the best of progress in your life with your family.

Hi Angie, Thankyou for your wondeful sharing 🙏. I found you on Dan Buglio’s channel. I have moderate cfs, and my doctor thinks I have histamine issues and recommended a low histamine diet. I am worried about creating fear around food. Do you think it’s worth doing a low histamine diet in the short term whilst also doing nervous system regulation work and then reintroducing the foods or should I just focus on the nervous system? Thankyou 🙏

Nervous system is absolutely number one. For me, the diet was a great way to reduce symptoms even more quickly, along with ToxaPrevent. But those are not necessary for most people. If you do decide to go LH for a while, be sure you're actively working against fear with lots of affirmations, brain loop interruptions, reminding yourself that food is not the problem, it's your brain's maladaptive response to the food, etc. And try to get back to a full, balanced diet as soon as possible. Removing foods is not the answer to a hypervigilant nervous system that already mislabels safe things as threatening, so the goal is to address the fear, switch out of sympathetic into rest/digest, and get back to viewing all foods as safe and nourishing. :) It is possible! You can do it!

@@AngelaHepp Hi Angela, Thankyou so much for your detailed response and encouragement! God bless you! The past week I have already seen significant improvements by doing visualisations and meditations, mindset, alongside reducing the histamine load in my diet (but not too strict, just some minor food changes). I will probably use Toxiprevent to assist my body to get back into a fully balanced state. I really appreciate the wisdom you share and I am so encouraged by your story. 💖

This is so inspirational and informative…thank you so much for sharing! I just ordered the zeolite you shared. Histamine and stomach issues are pretty significant right now so am believing this is an answer to prayer! Can I ask if you took the zeolite all as one dose or broken up?

Does the MCAS/nervous system relation compare at all to food allergies? Or is food allergic reactions different than mast cell (histamine intolerance) reactions to food?
@AngelaHepp
@AngelaHepp 2 күн бұрын
Yep! 👍 The immune system is 100% controlled by the nervous system. Countless people have healed their food allergies through healing the nervous system. When the nervous system no longer views the food as a threat, it will stop treating it like one.

Im curious if you ever had any autoantibodies/autoimmune markers in your blood? Ever since a certain viral infection in march 2020 ive been bedbound with severe disability, tbi symptoms, dysautonomia, pots, mcas, autoimmune autonomic ganglionopathy. Existence is agony. This gives me so much hope that i can heal too. But i start to doubt when i remember that i have multiple autoantibodies that came about post-infection. Hearing you talk about how the nervous system is in charge of the immune system makes healing seem more possible! 🙏

I never was tested, but I had the same infection you're referring to. I have zero lingering symptoms. I also know for a fact that many of the nervous system programs I've looked at work with resolving "long-you-know-what." 😉

Quick question, and please answer honestly; have you always been a more anxious type of person in the past or now? Do you suffer from panic attacks, agoraphobia, social anxiety, etc? I’m not asking because I want to imply your symptoms are just panic attacks, but I do want to know if there’s a common denominator between people with these types of issues.
