This is so helpful to hear. I had a similar experience recently. I was stretching and doing some trauma-informed yoga, and then my body just went into groaning, moaning, pulsating, shaking -- and I got the sense that this was really old pain from my ancestors moving through for some reason. It was a very interesting experience.

This was so helpful for me to hear how to identify and acknowledge those feelings/beginning symptoms. I get those, but never realized what they are. It was so helpful to see how you work through them. Thank you so much 🙏

This hits so hard, my husband is so shut off, he won’t hold me, I know he’s so scared because I’m still so sick after 3.5 years. I feel so hurt and alone.

I'm so sorry. Our husbands carry so much when we're sick. Thankfully we now have the knowledge of how to heal chronic illness and get our lives back. My quality of life now is better than it's ever been and my husband has a new wife. :)

Seeing a wave of what's possible in embracing the universality and uniqueness of ourselves, by modeling the way forward ((((💜)))) You multiply the BlesSings. Deepky appreciate your step by step description innthe feeling of it all. There's been times throughout a lifetime when taking on the practice is more natural and other times when you discover how back-logged or lodged the pain is welling up. Taking the time to remain present is a gift that keeps giving. I feel your genuine willingness and gratitude in being fully in these practices, while gently sharing, encouraging them amongst one another to grow. Thank Y😌U for being so open in this practice and embracing yourself 💓🙏💓 Wishing 😊nGoing Wellness to Y🥰U!! ♥️
