Do you know what "type" of POTS you had ? Did you have blood pooling in your legs and feet ?

Oh my god. I’m suffering from histamine intolerance. I have many symptoms but digestive issues and severe itching is the worst. Sometimes I just breakdown in tears because I’m so tired of itching. I’ve been dealing with this for 5 years. Last year I finally figured out what was causing my issues. I’ve discussed all this with several doctors and none have even shown any interest in helping me through this.

I have both POTS and MCAS. My digestive system doesn't work right and causes me great pain. I have problems urinating. And of course I have problems standing up and with exerting myself. My understanding is that when you have POTS the autonomic nervous system has gone kaput. Therefore, the systems in your body that are suppose to work automatically do not. So, I have thought that this is why my digestion etc don't work. I didn't think it was much from the Mcas? Any thoughts everyone???

Thank you for sharing. I'm glad you're healed ❤ I'm struggling with similar issues at a minor level. Starting to work with a dr who is familiar with the evil triad EDS, POTS & MCAS. Praying for healing too 🙏 💓

Thankfully, those three can all be healed using nervous system work. Praise God! 🙌 No doctor will tell you that, though. They'll tell you the best you can hope for is symptom management and comfort care. That's what they told me, and that's why I was on palliative care and about to go on hospice. Thankfully I found nervous system healing before I gave up.

I'm glad you were healed and can enjoy life again. Is this a combination of brain retraining and healing the gut, good sleep hygiene, nutrition etc..similar to Mary Ruddick's 'Enable Your health'? I was able to push my MCAS away 2 years ago by drinking hydrogen water (H2). I discovered it when I started drinking H2 water when I had omicron. My MCAS disappeared in just a few days. It doesn't seem that MCAS is the genesis of all my 40 conditions even though I had MCAS since birth. I have EDS and POTS too. But I was able to push my POTS about 50% into remission. It's no longer a dominant illness for me and when I see my primary doc we don't even talk about it anymore. I think it improved dramatically when started ivermectin. Reducing inflammation seems to be the key.

Nervous system healing was the root cause of everything I suffered from: MCAS, EDS, POTS, Periodic Paralysis, Neurogenic Bladder, IC, RLS, Myoclonus, Reynaud's, PEM, CRPS/Fibromyalgia, chronic insomnia, etc. It's all on my IG, instagram.com/heartsong_renewed. 😊

Firstly, praise God indeed, AND for your fortitude. It's also your HUSBAND who got his WIFE back, not just your children and their mama. You got YOU back. I also want to thank you, as a fellow practicing Christian, for recognizing the spiritual abuse. Very long story short, I am a nurse who got sevre covid while working, in a moldy workplace. I also came from decades of trauma as a sensitive empath scapegoat Im the family, with sibling abuse ad parental protection of the abusers, which was abuse itself. I found myself I'm patterns where I was playing that same role over and over, with the most stressful job run by narcissistic bosses, amd like family, I stayed. March 2020, I was abandoned by the heakhare system as a type I diabetic (talk about damgerous when you cam't eat, have to, sugar drops, you cam't feel it (sorry, key broke), have zero physical or psych support system outside the comditioal love parents amd sibling who hates you but no one protected me....which led to that same thing workimg as a nurse, amd becomimg a patient during the plandemic where I was left suffocating, stroking, seizing at home. I knew I'm my heart of hearts, the mold started all this....I later found it I'm my home, etc. Anyway, below, during amd after, still....I kmew it was more ad more harder ad harder trauma just pilling up.....this broke me, but is leading me to repairs I ways I would mot have knowm, even if I still have kidneys full of stones, blood vessels leaking, amd a hot mess but...I praise God for your return to LIFE and what you shared here. Th spiritual abuse IS real..."pray it away"....does't work. I'm writing articles om that. I lost "friends" who thimk they could hav dome what I did, die and survive, still thrivimg with out physical support, meds, addictions or loyalty. God bless you, let's pray for each other. Hardest thing is doing this alone. Which I truly am.

So many of the symptoms she describes in this video can be caused by magnesium deficiency.
@Donna77716 күн бұрын
I've had stomach pain my entire life. About a week after I started taking Hair Skin & Nails vitamins (Walgreens brand) the stomach pain disappeared!! Lactose intolerance also greatly diminished. Who would've ever thought?!? I've been taking the vitamins for a year and a half now. If i run out for a few weeks the stomach pain and lactose intolerance will start returning. So this confirms that it's truly the vitamins doing the healing. 🙏
@AngelaHepp7 күн бұрын
Food for thought... If you've been taking the vitamins for a year and a half and the pain still returns when you stop them, has healing actually occurred? While I absolutely agree that nutrients are important, I also encourage you to look into nervous system healing, which will allow your body to actually rest/digest/repair at the cellular level. Happy Healing!
@Donna7775 күн бұрын
@@AngelaHepp That is an excellent point! It doesn't happen right when I stop taking the vitamins, rather it's a slow gradual progression after about a month of not taking them. Therefore I attribute the symptom return to my vitamin stores running low. I have issues with nutrient absorption so I assume a vitamin-mineral deficiency is the culprit in the stomach pain and lactose intolerance which is why it resolves when I take the Hair Skin Nails vitamins. That being said, I also have nervous system and adrenal issues as well so yes I need some healing in that area as well.
@Donna77716 күн бұрын
I went through something very similar and still struggle. What I've found that really helped is taking high doses of magnesium every day. It helps immensely with the bruised feeling and muscle pain/stiffness.

I am the rare male who was born with MALS alongside multiple rare genetic disorders. I was not diagnosed until my mid-late 20's despite severe pain and ultimately requiring open bypass, which has a 1 in 3 death rate, with MALS being fatal without surgery. The recovery was rough, but worth the operation.

Did you notice positive results after the MALS surgery? I have POTS and all these other symptoms so we’re looking at MALS.
@AngelaHepp19 күн бұрын
Yes, but it did not heal me. I went on to need a kidney auto transplant for Nutcracker Syndrome, but I was still dying after that. Nothing was a lasting solution until I healed my nervous system. Then and only then could my body heal and repair and experience vitality instead of just survival.

So good especially the part about Jesus being the healer - amen to that! I recently diagnosed myself with MCAS, POTS, hEDS and had it confirmed by my new functional medicine GP who has free nutrionist/herbalist/naturopathic support. Just starting a strict low histimine diet, supplements and retraining my mind. I learned this years ago from reading a book on the mind/body connection by Dr John Sarno and got off all meds, no pain etc but then years later after more trauma, I somehow forgot all I had learned. I know 100% I have the answer from the Lord that I have been praying for. Praise the Lord for your healing and for mine - and for many, many others with these conditions.

So does this incorporate pro metabolic eating??? I have seen a lot of videos posted of a pro metabolic way of eating to heal the metabolism, hormones, leaky gut, the ANS, etc… I have just started implementing pro metabolic eating. It’s slow going and I am scheduling an appointment with a mast cell specialist as I cannot eat ANYTHING now without having a reaction and going into a severe and chronic, productive cough within a half hour of eating! Coughing up mucus and mucus plugs all day, blowing tons of mucus out of my nose all day. Haven’t been able to smell or taste in three years! 😣😭 Haven’t been able to sleep in the bedroom with my husband in over 2 years because of my constant chronic coughing! Had to leave my job 2.5 years ago. Am literally house bound. I used to hike mountains with my husband, now I can barely get up a flight of stairs without having to take a break and hack once I reach the top… We have spent over $50,000 over the past 3 years trying to get to the bottom of what’s wrong with me, even tho I suspected about 2 years ago I had MCAS, only from doing my own research. Not from any help by Dr’s…. Seen so many specialists and had so much testing done to no avail. Now trying to get an appointment scheduled with a mast cell specialist I have to jump through all these hoops only to then, “see if an appointment needs to be scheduled”…. They also want a letter accompanying the urgent referral from my pcp telling them why they suspect MCAS. This is ridiculous! I just need to be seen ASAP and at least get on some medication for the time being so that I can at least eat! Like you, I also have tried to heal myself holistically. I just need a little help in the meantime. I also have been making all my own hygiene and cleaning products for the past 2.5 years. I source a lot of my food from local farms that I am blessed to have in my area! Praise God for that! I render my own grass fed tallow and ghee, make chicken meat stock with wonderful gelatinous chicken feet and parts. I pray everyday for God to heal my body and guide my path and direction. I am so glad you found healing. God bless! ❤❤

@@AngelaHepp Yes ! Or at least that a gene causing a faulty component of connective tissue is to blame. For what we know, connective tissues in hEDS could be structurally normal but keep being destroyed by underlying inflammatory processes. There are some studies suggesting that.
