Long time since we have chatted. So just checking up on you and how your journey has been going with reducing your dependency for glasses has been going. In fact you weren't wearing glasses in several of your previous videos. That's really amazing considering that it wasn't hat long ago that you were wearing glasses all the time. And even though your wearing glasses in this video I really don't see any "cut-in" through your lenses and your eyes don't appear to be minimized at all. So I really want to know what prescription your now wearing? You really need to be very proud of yourself for what you have achieved so far. You may not be back to perfect vision, but your clearly able to see better than when you were wearing glasses all the time. Honestly, you look so nice wearing glasses and glasses have really become a nice fashion accessory that you should consider wearing glasses part time anyway.

How's the Eyesight going? Are you still able to improve it after all the health challenges you've had? How's your husband's Eyesight? Was he able to get to 20/20 or close to 20/20?

Hi Angela. I just watched your recovery on chronic comeback podcast. Am I correct in saying that mast cell were causing your eds symptoms and by using neuroplasticity you healed your mast cell and eds? Is that correct? also My daughter age 4 diagnosiled with eds symptoms include sublux, super soft stretchy skin, chronic fisures, bruises easily etc. How can 4 year old have nervous system dysfunction? Not challenging just interesting

In response to your first question, yep! You got it! I go into that more in this interview: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hXvVlah-bJqtsK8si=2pcagJZauMB6E0y5 Re your second question, anyone at any age can have nervous system dysregulation. I highly recommend this book, especially the chapters on how the nervous system develops in utero, and the one on attachment and early childhood adverse events. The beautiful thing is that children can recover much more quickly than adults, and then they have the added bonus of healthy regulation skills for life! amzn.to/4fjmDcO
