This monitor is on sale on Amazon Prime for $431 I was about to buy it until I saw it has Matte, no thanks not gonna waste money on a matte display, rather save up and get a Glossy DIsplay.

Do you know if it works with G-Sync, on official specs is only AMD Free Sync compatible, not sure if is something to consider or not really?

I tried the Rog strix xg27aqdmg. ( WOLED ) the darker grays colapse disgusting true black big blocks ( they are strobing in moving picture. ) This happened with the last firmware, after pro calibrating, and don't uses any settings and any filter in games either. absolutly nothing. ..just for the micro details

The backlight bleed you are seeing is ips glow. The worst con of ips in my book

At that point just give up HDR and make sure the monitor has at least motion performance going for it.

This monitor would be far worse without HDR as you would be limited entirely to sRGB. Basically all you get with HDR on an edge lit panel is a wider color gamut, brighter display, and some other quality guarantees, which is significantly better, but is entirely outclassed by 500-1000 zone Mini LED. It all comes down to price.
