Hi guys, welcome back! A question for Katelyn....ever tried any South-African wines? The Pinotage? (Unique blend between the Pinot & Hermitage). Unfortunately we don't really have any unique dishes, mostly adaptations from other countries 💁♂Although, Andy would really like the Masala Steak Gatsby😂(Cape Town)

My most memorable food city is Albuquerque New Mexico. It is nothing like Texas in cuisine or style. I feel it is the most distinctive area in the USA including architecture. I learned more about peppers living there than any food network show. For instance, when handling peppers never use gloves. Rather grease hands with fat before handling, then just wash up normally. Sopapillas with honey should be served with every meal. And every mountain town has its own distinctive cultivar of pepper proudly displayed in ristras drying around their homesteads.
