Freeport is North of Choctawhatchee Bay several miles.

Homes on the beach should be on steel enforced concrete stilts 10 feet high. These should be rezoned as FLOOD ZONES. No building allowed due to frequent, deadly flooding. Common sense and safety over greed for profits.

Bull sharks can live in brackish water. I’m not a marine biologist so I don’t have a definite answer but my guess is they could.

Sharks can’t get in those lakes. There are many here. There used to be gators but the elites have had them “removed”

Insurance is the same as anywhere else without wind mitigation. Taxes are 1% of purchase price. The HOA’s in both subdivisions is less than 100 a month. Neeeeeext
