The mansion in your thumbnail is the Seaquist Mansion. It's not for sale..and def not for a cheap price. I used to live across the street from it. It was falling apart but thankfully a historical restoration group took it over and restored it. You can schedule a tour..but not buy.

Flipped one of only 3 pioneer homes in SLC back in 2017. Built in 1893. Yes had ghosts. We moved them on but left the native American ones alone

I thought the prices were a bit on the "too good to be true side" so I looked them up. The Ensen Mansion is $450,000(US) NOT $300,000(US), The Priestly mansion/house is CURRENTLY $935,000(US) NOT$725,000, Derwyyd mansion is TWO MILLION POUNDS BRITISH which is CURRENTLY $2.5 MILLION US DOLLARS! NOT $325,000, The "castle you call Colchester Castle is NOT "Colchester Castle" in any book other than yours...??? Earlshall Castle is currently on sale for 8 MILLION BRITISH POUNDS which is $10,150,000(US) and the last one I didn't care enough to look it up after the COMPLETE LIES AND BULLSH!T you posted in the videos. This is NOTHING MORE that clickbait and BS!!!!!

If ghosts not paying rent they have to gtfo we stayed in big castle in Cincinnati Ohio it's was scary in the day time my cousin sent me a picture of it now it's a historical site I don't need but one room or guest room sprits do exist good and bad I've been there 😮
