Air was good outside, becouse more windy, but bedroom downstairs was damp as You said, only chance to fix it would be to run ac 24/7 thats why we slept upstairs in hot bedroom just under the concrete roof, so booth bedrooms kinda sucks 😆

This is shockingly beautiful. A house like that in the US would cost more in USD than what it costs in pesos. In California, this would probably be worth 30-50 million$. Renting would be like more than 2000$ per day.

After improving the air conditioning and both doors than using it 24/7, it should be okay because the air would be much less moist.

I'm an artist and of course the house would not be to the taste of most people but I'm very impressed at how well the house is done, design and implemented. The "moist room" is a problem hear about often in Filipino concrete houses and I think due to very poor building standards for the structure. But the tile work is very impressive. For artists this kind of crazy design provides inspiration. However it drives conservative mines a little crazy...too much. You have lived in some very interesting houses.

There are some "mistakes" in this house, for example the bedroom connected to the bathroom is very humid, especially since there are no windows and good ventilation, and the wall is west and north, good air conditioning can solve this problem, but it has to work 24 hours a day. We Moved upstairs because Maricar always had an allergy and a runny nose. The second bedroom is under a roof that is made of concrete, which makes it a bit like an oven. During a storm, when the rain blows from the sea, it rains inside the house through the grating, plus a few others. However, the building itself is very unique and impressive.

Love it So much space and privacy I once had a beautifully furnished 5 bedroom 4 bath house with maid's quarters in Udon Thani, Thailand for $550 a month Close to 300sq m with covered parking for two big cars. Amazing houses in SE ASIA for $800 to $1200 if u can make $100 a day or more, it is easy to live in SE Asia Overseas since Feb 1988.
