I didn’t know her, but I cried when she passed. I never cry. My husband thought I was nuts only because I didn’t know her personally. But, she made me laugh out loud and smile. I am a lady who grew up in Bergen County NJ. I knew people in the life. I moved out of state in 98. I love my new life. But a Jersey is Home. God bless her family

I used to go to her bar on staten island..she was the most genuine, full of life, sweetest down the earth woman on reality tv. With a heart of pure gold! Big Ang is the ONLY likeable person on that show! She is honest and down to earth and doesn't act like she's bourgeoisie just because she's had family involved in the mafia. A lot of you people are on here attacking her for no damn reason--yeah, she had extensive plastic surgery, but that does not render her personality meaningless. She's a very caring person who just likes to enjoy life. Everyone from Staten Island will tell you this! She doesn't flaunt her fame or anything.

+Kristen Albertelly Yes, there might have been other factors such as family history, eating habits, etc and with the smoking just contribute to it. It is odd that she had throat cancer and then cancer in her chest. It would seem that she would have had two different kinds of cancer but the odds of that are slim to none. I am thinking that the cancer went into her Lymphatic System, which are glands that we have in are neck, chest, legs, underarms, and pelvic area. Once cancer gets into the Lymphatic System it spreads very fast. She seem to nice of a person to die young. I really thought she was going to beat the cancer. However, she is in a better place. We all will miss her.
