She's wrong about the 2 sinks. You put soapy hot water in one with your dishes. Then you wash them and as you do transfer to the other sink to be rinsed. If we wash vegetables there is no certain side for that, but most people are right handed so they will use the right side.

My comment is for those Americans who mentioned living in a rural area in the South or Midwest as counterpoints to this rental in the Philippines. I grew up in a rural small town in the South. In fact I still visit relatives who live there to this day. In my opinion the rental in the Philippines is superior to the isolated and fairly mundane life one has to live when living in a rural American community. In fact a rural American community is more comparable to a province community in the Philippines because both suffer from similar deficiencies such as poor Internet access and poor healthcare options. It is even worse for those who eventually age out of the ability to drive because in a rural American community there is zero public transportation and forget about ordering food. That option does not exist. So, setting aside considerations for family and friends, a regular income retiree would likely get a better cost of living, social life, mobility options and healthcare living in a middle class community in the Philippines. What does that say about financial sustainability in the U. S.🧐?

If you are planning to stay in the Philippines prepare to learn values. Do you rent a condo with security $300 a month or rent a home where you could be easily robbed or worse. Then as you explore be prepared for again a gray area of investors and false market values. Tagaytay is a ghost town don’t fall for it. Investors think SM north area is the next BGC. Anvaya again over priced at $365k for a 1 bedroom condo. So before y’all enter the twilight zone be sure to do your research. There isn’t a national MLS here and often you find random people representing a property for double the actual selling price of an agent. It’s dumb 🤷♂️

Everything is pretty much overpriced. Think you’ll save at Landers or S&R like it’s a Costco? Wrong! In most cases it’s 2x the cost of the USA. Malls pretty much MSRP+ always for anything branded. Example: a Tesla here is like $75,000 for a Model Y vs in the USA it’s 40k after rebate. Gas is almost double and so is the bottled water. Eat healthy? Be prepared to pay 2x -4x for protein or fruits and vegetables in the grocery. Or buy them in a street market that chances are they could be spoiled etc etc. So yeah a lot of smart beautiful girls here. Come stay a few months and find you someone special. Don’t look online as I promise you’ll only get lucky if you know what you’re looking for and you won’t know until after you waste years of looking online. The good ones don’t look online. Come here and you’ll see. 😊

1. Is the tap water safe to drink? 2. Is the toilet connected to a sewer system? 3. How are light, water, utility billing/paying handled? Go to provider? Email to provider? etc. Love the dress! It is a welcome break from shorts!! ❤❤

Hi Pea, I am shocked you don't have that someone special in your life. Unless, of course, you are being private about that, which is completely understandable. Anyway, another great and useful video. Keep up the good work . Jerry
