@@JNM834 You simply plan your movement around Lagos... Not everywhere in Lagos is congested with traffic all day long. It's all about understanding various areas. Lagos State government is also doing a great job with its construction of the Lagos Blue and Red rail lines, which would be completed by ending of next year. That will take a lot of traffic off the road. The new train lines will move millions of Lagos residents around very soon. More and more people are now using the newly constructed water transportation system in Lagos. New York and other huge cities have heavy traffic too, and people still move around. Same thing with Lagos. It's all about planning. The construction of the 4th mainland bridge too will heavily decongest traffic in some major areas.

Buildings look fresh, but I'm surprised some of them have high ceilings. You would think they would just be regular apartments and townhouses, by height. Now personally the boxed nature of the town seems very odd to me. I prefer if they had build one side of the living quarters outward, more. Hell they shouldn't sardine the townhouses and apartments like that, especially on one side of the map. Put the group of apartments around the main road that leads into the beach, instead. A destination that should feature more than one perpendicular freeway, going by this map at 07:49. A connection that should be straight forward, and not bent around one area of townhouses. I would go even further and say they should have two small lakes, one on each far side of the town. And then a heavy rail station near the center of this town. Just to make this place more accessible and not car based all the time.
