Good little house. There are many small houses and pieces of land for 20000 dollars and under in the countryside. My main point is knowing where clinic or nearest hospital to the property you buy.

As in every country every region is different, I love the north, undiscovered paradise in belém, manaus the amazon, pará. You can live perfectly safe in most cities of brazil if you don't include capitals, i would never recommend são paulo or rio, but the interior is perfect. Depends on your lifestyle, what kind of view and climate your're looking for, also churches, traditions, protestand, catholic. what experiences and lifestyle do you intend? Santa catarina down in the south is lovely as paraná, but I would prefer living in a beach city by bahia. PS, rio grande do sul is now natural disaster zone, avoid except on safe regions, unfortunately. central brazil, in goiás, matogrosso, minas gerais is a nice region, which is my favorite culturally and would recommend too but because i am an outodoors person and this is region is every's climber dream. socialists don't control these ones generally, less crime too and less likely to collapse in case of political problems

Can you talk about buying a property (residential, commercial, agricultural, land) through auction in Brazil?
@ThiagoSilva-vm9bb2 ай бұрын
haha.... this is a really good question. You can actually buy them even cheaper . It's a really good way of making investment. Many people here get rich by doing that way.. buying property through auctions. The main way to do it in through CAIXA ECONOMICA FEDERAL , a bank from the brazilian gov. Just look for LEILÃO DA CAIXA ECONOMICA . But in order to buy it that way I would recomend to go and see the place and make sure its a good location. One interesting thing , you don't need to pay everything upfront .. you pay onlye 15% ~25% and then pay the rest in installment .

thank you i am American any cheap homes in Balneário Camboriú brazil? i known there's a large German population there
@feliperambomallmann55302 ай бұрын
Hello, I live in the state neighboring Santa Catarina, and I can say that Balneário Camboriú is one of the cities with the best quality of life in Brazil, being known as the Brazilian Dubai, with giant buildings that reach 300 meters. It is one of the cities with the most expensive m² in the country, and it is difficult to find a cheap house close to the city, but I believe that in a more remote area you can find more affordable houses. The 3 southern states of Brazil have a strong German and Italian influence, but mainly Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul, there are cities with European architecture such as Gramado, Canela, Nova Petrópolis, Bento Gonçalves, Blumenau, Pomerode, etc.

Attention: social classes are meticulously defined in Brazil. Each neighborhood belongs to a social class. The house shown is in a poor neighborhood: bare brick walls, blindex glass windows (cheapest one on the market), unpaved street, etc. People vary greatly between social classes: culture, conversation, loud music, unkempt trash, among many other things. It is not like in Sweden, where the differences between classes are few. Here the differences are many and critical, and you should look for houses within your same social class.

That’s a very weird and backwards mindset to have. This is a small rural town, not a big city. There’s no safety issues, and as you can see, the town is mostly open fields. Almost everyone there would have a very similar culture and occupations in the same industry. Maybe you’re not familiar with the south of Brazil, but we do NOT see our neighbors like that. As a Brazilian from Paraná, I could not disagree with you more.
@nordicinvestor2 ай бұрын
You are right that you need to pick a neighborhood which you feel comfortable living in
@PedroRagazzi2 ай бұрын
@@brunna7995 He is correct, though. It's not a subjective-optics issue, it's how Brazilian society behaves. As you stated, everyone there would have a similar behavior due to their context.

First, check the meaning of "meticulously". Brazilians are probably the less "meticulous" people on Earth, about any activity, especially about defining classes. Few countries have greater social mobility. Second, learn the difference between a favela in Rio or Recife and the skirts of a southern small town. Middle class people can live in cheap houses, in dirt roads, working, keeping all clean and not making noise. I'd like to know where you live, because there may be more "defined" classes in some brazilian states. But It is not true in RS, SC or PR.
@Marcelo-Caruccio2 ай бұрын
@@MilenaCardosoCosta Yes, it is. There are the favelas, there are vilas, there are poor neighborhoods, middle class neighborhoods, upper middle class neighborhoods, rich neighborhoods and condominiums. I would not buy a house in a unpaved street in a town. (only in rural areas).

"He is lying" is such a BROAD generalization that I can´t even contradict you. Be more specific. Are you saying he is lying about the price of the house? About the street being unpaved? ABout features of the house? About the Earth being spherical? About WHAT exactly? Btw: LEARN TO DISTINGUISH between "lying", "being wrong". and having "different opinion". You are lying only when you KNOW you are saying something different to the truth. Example: a cup is empty and I say it's full You are wrong when there is a truth and is quite objective but you say something different because you didn´t know it. Example: the cup is empty, but I didn´t look at it, or I didn´t pay attention, and I say it's full. You have a different opinion when both people know the same facts but interpret them in different way: the cup has water by its middle. You say it's half empty. I say it's half full.
