William Thomas hey bro I got a questions tho, so I only workout arms never workout legs cause I don’t like the look but neither want big arms, so if I just train 3 days out of the week and do cardio 3 days on my off days like my cardio is basketball, but is that a way I could have my workout routine ? On the workout days I train different muscle groups tho like Monday is bicep and back, Wednesday is tricep and chest and shoulder and then Friday or what ever day my cheat day lands on is the same as Monday

I can't eat any of that stuff, but if I could try those donuts, I'd go for the pbj, the GS cookie (cuz I was a girl scout and loved those ones!) and a cronut :D Also just eat as much as you want to eat, don't unnecessarily cram food into your guts just for the sake of a cheatday! We want you to stay healthy and happy and you're fun to watch no matter what quantity you consume! xo
