That king move at 2:08 was probably the engine compensating for the human mistake of moving the queen to the same light squared diagonal as the king.

In my opinion, it's the most dangerous type of cheaters. They're making you sure them playing suspicious and you will probably consider every their move as "brilliant", "crazy". Then performing some "amazing sacrifices" (blunders, just hanging a piece) to distract and make you resign. That would be genius.

Few days ago I met this guy who found 2 difficult sequences in 2 games. I realised he is using Stockfish although I am not sure what form was he using it in. Initially he would make normal looking moves but in middlegame and endgame he would take long pauses and come up with engine precise moves. Normally I would give up but as it was 3+0 I thought I can win on time. So I started blitzing out moves like crazy like not even thinking for a second. Eventually I defeated him 5½-4½ and my every win was by running his time out. He wanted to keep playing but as soon as I got lead I just messaged "your fish is too slow" and left.

I think levy make better premoves than hikaru. Hikaru may premoves 10-20 moves but he knows all of them are kinda forced. When levy premoves he is making them with the hope that opponent will blunder and opponent actually does it. Clearly here hikaru is showing better chess skills but what levy does is more fascinating to watch.

You don't know what is happening irl on the other side. I play chess and with a small kid sometimes I need to abandon games randomly or get super distracted and play dumb stuff or run out of time. My rating dips below 1800 and then goes up over 2200 when I am concentrating without distractions. Many cheaters are out there I think, but don't assume that someone 'thinking' a long time and then blundering is an engine. Most likely this behaviour is due to a distraction irl.

If you are slow and not good, getting someone else to “fight your fight on a chessboard”, what does that say about yourself and then go tell your mom and dad how much of a cheat and coward you are. Getting a bot to do your work is dumb. Program it to do the job yourself IS the right way and show how good you really are in the open. @@poppinlochnesshopster3249 That's why I said he plays by himself in the second half. The first half of the game was precise same 1-3 sec time rule that bots have, and the times he did take time, he intentionally blunders a knight. Very very obvious tactics that cheaters use. Ofc, there is a 1% chance that the user is genuine.

Thing is you can you stockfish parallel on other device by registering opponent moves every single time. For being safe you need to play some inaccuracies or "human moves" in between. Since the game was 3 minutes. And our dude is smart. In last 20-30 second this dude running out of time to just registering levy's moves on other device. So he played by himself in last and got checkmate afterall he doesnt have that 2800 skills/moves.... That's what I think 🤔
