Hard once per turn is, "you can only activate effect of (card name) once per turn" Soft once per turn is, "once per turn" Soft can be activated once on each copy of the same card per turn. Hard can only be activated once across all copies of cards with that name per turn

@@johnkiggs108 To further the notion that Yugioh and wording is very particular: "Destroyed" and "Send to the Graveyard," despite accomplishing the same thing, are actually different abilities. for example, if a card has an effect like "When this card is destroyed: do X," it WILL NOT activate if hit with a "send to the GY" effect. Even though it ends up in the GY regardless. It technically wasn't destroyed, even though destroy, also sends to the GY.

I seen Clear Wing in a Stardust/Junk Deck because it had a wind attribute. Same as seeing Stardust monsters in a Speedroid Deck. Especially in Duel Links where Yugo can use skills related to Wind Attribute related monsters.

@@thedarkspirit5084 while yes the deck can work without the dragons, you absolutely cannot say that the deck is S tier without them. Clear wing and the speedroid archetype came out in the same set. clear wing was always intended to be used in a speedroid deck. They literally made a clear wing dragon that mentions speedroids, which seereax used. I don’t think being generic should have any say if a card should be considered in an archetype or not. And duel links has such a vast difference in meta and play style that I don’t think it is a good comparison to actual yugioh. I think that if Sam could use the damn harpy card just because it list “wing beast” then serreax could absolutely use monsters that the community already considers to be in that archetype just not directly named.

As someone playing both of the decks (since they are one of my fav archetypes) I can't tell you how many times I was saying nooo don't do that or no why are you not doing this. It was painful to watch the games in a competitive way but SO MUCH FUN bacause the pilots were Seereax and Sam.

Sad for speedroid that he couldn't use the Crystal Wing Dragons, otherwise it woild have gone entirely different. And to be honest, speedroid without the crystal wings is not really good, it's just a good engine that leads to no good turn one plays.

You kind of have to play it as a grind deck without the Clear Wings(and still have HIGH SPEEDROID Clear Wing at least, thank Ra). And it does that surprisingly well because of all the GY effects they can use. Still sucks that the other ones don't count as Speedroid cards, but it seems like it'd be fine enough against stuff like BA and Ancient Warriors as is. Remember, TERRORTOP IS AT 3. And YOU CAN STILL FILL OUT AN EXTRA DECK without running too many dupes because they have like 8 other Synchros to work with of varying levels.

I think a very good ideia would be for them to spin the archetype of the next episode at the end of this episode. This way two things can happen, they can build the decks with more care and Seereax can study his cards a little better. Also please put the timer to 600 or 900, there's no reason to put it at 300 if neither of them can play with that time AND time wins don't count

I don’t like how Konami balances cards by making them “harder to summon.” Search cards get rid of the difficulty and what it ends up being is your opponent waiting 20 minutes for you to finish combo.

I hate how some boss monsters have offensive and defensive effects. It should be one or the other. If your card has protection or negates, it shouldn't be able to clear my field. Also monster cards shouldn't be omni negates. The power of monster cards are way too high compared to spells and traps

1. Speedroid without the dragons are no way in hell S tier so it shouldn’t have been on the tier in the first place. 2. Throughout yugioh there have been multiple cards that are clearly meant to be played in a deck without specifically mentioning or being named in that archetype, especially anime decks. Look at all of the signer dragons. The whole original point of speedroid was to have one of the dragons apart of your end board. Saying he can’t use the dragons is like saying you can’t use Red Dragon Archfiend in a resonator deck it doesn’t make sense 3. Come on man if you can have “support cards” like harpies feather storm that literally mentions the archetype it is suppose to be played in then you should also be able to play the clear dragons that are clearly suppose to be in a speedroid deck..

Clear Wing Fast Dragon is apart of the Speedroid archetype and Dragon's Bind is support for Dragon monsters. "The ONLY spell/traps allowed are archetypal ones and ones that support the types/attributes included within your archetype."

Come one... These cards even mention another archetypes.... You can't play harpie cards and speedroid cards in a lusc deck... If a card has more than one effect it's still part of the cards... You have to consider that... You can't break down the cards in single parts to just say it's "wind support" or "winged beast support" and I forgot to mention... Even simorgh cards were in play...
