Check AC Radiator Fan Not Working on VW Polo 9N 2003

I have almost the same problem in golf mk4 16sr , the large and small fan does not work, and sometimes the large one works and sometimes it does not. I checked the internal fuse that it was fine, and the fuse above the battery was also fine. I removed the thermostat and cleaned the radiator temperature sensor, and then they both worked. Yesterday and the day before yesterday, the condition returned and the car was heating up and the fans did not work. What do you think is the problem?

@@malekenfais570 I made a recent video on the fans not sure if this is the new one or the previous one. Could be many thing but if you start the AC on cooling full cold they should spin otherwise try what I do in the new video.
