I think someone else just did this exact model recovery unit. They seemed to like it so far.

I use a vevor 1/2" pneumatic impact wrench almost daily at work in an industrial setting. Only 100$ and it's holding up and performing really well.

What do they do with the freon? It seems like you could reuse it.

they clean it up and reclaim it - resell.

In the auto world, the machines recycle the freon by passing it through a (replaceable) filter for debris and an oil separator.

I was definitely curious about this machine, though I'm not in the market for one. To me, it looks like a clone of a Robinair recovery machine.

I was just looking at them, as I need one now (yeah dumb enough to dive into another trade). expensive, expensive, expensive owning all your own gear. never seen anything on them about epa lab certifiction though, nor about DOT stamping/approval on the recovery cylinders, so I'm hesitant. also one place claimes A2L compatible, then it turns around and says "brushed motor", which means sparky sparky sparky( so no). someone needs to do a teardown and inspection for us all. 🧐
