Love subaru but we passed on the ascent mostly cause the back storage area is about the size of a shoebox

Dude, you're only 5'9 and you're squished. 6'3 here. Ain't no way my tall ass family is fitting in that. It sucks third row is such an afterthought

@tchindkatane712 a good number of consumers are that height, yep. Maybe not the top of the bell curve but definitely still part of the consumer base

@drockjr but we all know that the third row is mostly used by children, short teens and adults. People of your height have the front or back second row seats. The KZbinr showcasing, does it just to show to us how it looks like.

3rd rows are typically utilized by children and a adult can be comfortable

I’m 5’ 11 and find the third row to be very comfortable on the ascent

Should have bought one of these vs the Santa Fe. Our family has three. We are tall. I top out at 6ft7. Plenty of room to slide and adjust seats to take everyone in one even if I’m driving.

You know all the seats slide forward right? So there is plenty of room to slide and adjust seats to make room for

That's really terrible space in that 3rd row. Plenty of better choices. Telluride, Palisade, Pilot, and Grand Highlander have more space than that.

It’s not a third middle seat if your arm is in the middle of it in the second seat😂

I’ve ridden in a third row of these, it was painful. Not enough room for adults. Barely enough for kids.

I’m 5 foot 10, 240 pounds I don’t think this kid in this video weighs much more than 205 pounds so possibly getting two people in the back with a tight fit at the most. So if somebody is 6 foot two they’re not getting in the third row seat regardless.
