Let's check How to make Onion tomato masala gravy ingredients:-
OIL 2 ½ litter
bay leaf 4 to 5
Green Cardamom 20 to 25 pods
black Cardamom 4 to 6 pods
black pepper corn 10 grm
clove 5 grm
Cinnamon sticks 5 to 6 non
Cumin Seeds 3 tblspn (20gm)
Chopped onion 5 kg
Chopped tomato 5 kg
Ginger Garlic paste 300 grm
1 Tblspn Turmeric powder
1 ½ Cup kashmiri chilli paste
3 Tblspn Coriander powder
5 to 6 slit Green chilli
Salt to taste
For 2nd All Purpose Gravy
1 kg Onion Tomato Masala Gravy
300 grm Cashew Nut paste
1 Cup Choopd fresh Coriander Roots.
