factory new vehicle at a dealership is shipped in shipping mode and must be turned off when technician does pre delivery inspection in most cases at least thats hownit works when i sold cars

Hey, I just can't find what "clock and arrow pointig it" icon means. Yesterday it apeeared twice, it's all green-yellow. I see it here just on the right from the engine icon so I'm asking. Thanks for answer!
