11x11 pixels is such an odd choice. 16x16 would be so much more useful, since that's the size for standard NES sprites.

You should give the Game Frame a look.
@RamLaska8 жыл бұрын
That's exactly what I was thinking. 12x12 or 16x16. The flip side is that if you want something perfectly centered, an odd-numbered grid is your best bet.

They've clearly put alot of thought into the app. For me it looks like a cool decorative item to display some pixel art on. And don't worry about the "sell out" thing, it's your channel and it's growing, I think any tech reviews you choose to do will be fine with everyone, and I for one will always be supportive. And a personal request - more DOS-related videos? Would be great, not enough people cover IBM DOS machines or DOS itself... I loved your DOS gaming laptops video.

Reviews like this you can post anytime (and please do more)! We just don't like KZbinrs reading off the press kit and ignoring the downsides turning off their minds, we can read those ourselves on the official website if we wanted that. This is exactly how sponsored content should be done. You clearly disclosed it in the beginning of the video not only that it was sponsored content but that you got the product for free, and you still made sure to pick and choose content that was relevant to your channel. Most importantly, it held up in quality to your other videos as well. Keep doing like this and no one should have a reason to complain.

I knew you lived in Texas and I never heard much of an accent until you said "alright". I've been looking at this thing since I saw the LaMetric Time Wi-fi clock but this is the first time I've seen someone really exploring the uses of it. I kind of wanted it to be a bedside clock, but it seems like I'd be missing out on a lot of the features having it relegated to a bedroom. I'd like for it to be able to show me interesting information though, like be able to open one eye and know the time, weather, if I have any phone notifications, and where my pants are.
