Good review. But a lot of mistakes. Only the front and rear camera clean themselves, but only if you have the LIDAR upgraded polestar 3. The back 8mg camera… is only on the LiDAR one as well. You get an ADDITIONAL 8mg camera on the back with the LiDAR package.

Looks interesting, and certainly well-executed. Price is Ok, for those who can afford it. However, I remain concerned about ever-increasing battery capacities, used to cover crap efficiency. To pick an arbitrary starting point, I'd like to see 100kWh limit - over that, start paying a serious penalty.

only EV I want is a van thats the same shape as 2016 hiace with 300km range plus a bit of towing. Diesel and RUC are just too expensive, but no EV alternative right now. Maybe LDV can release a G10 EV, but no word yet.

Yeah, right, I'm sure it's a great toy for the rich minority, as for the average Kiwi forget it, totally overpriced maybe in another lifetime. Why even show vehicles like this as the majority of people in NZ could never afford one. Let's get back to EVs that are practical for the rest of us. Showing this kind of content only proves the electrical alternative is not a viable option for the majority of New Zealand families. With all the new upcoming developments in this industry, this is not the time to rush into investing in these expensive experimental vehicles.

So, Ecotricity's last 10 EV videos have been (newest first) - Polestar3, MG4 Excite51, BYD Dolphin, Kia EV6 Air LR, MG4, BYD Atto 3, (used) Tesla Model 3, Ioniq6 LR, MGZS EV LR, Mustang Mach-E. Of the 10 last videos, 7 of them have been vehicles that are aimed squarely at the affordable camp.
