Lmfao! I did the same thing. I kept rewinding that part again & again. It really is his license tho, he wasn't technically wrong. And he was so dead ass serious saying it too. Omg, that killed me. That's actually my favorite line in this movie. So many hilarious lines but that's my favorite. That whole scene is my favorite in this movie. I had it on VHS back in the 90's. Up In Smoke & Next Movie, imo, are their greatest movies. Epic comedy gold. So bad I've wanted to say "my license is on the bumper, man" to a cop when I've been pulled over. But I never did, of course. Cops hardly ever give me a ticket. I'm very respectful to them. But I bet if I did, I'd get a ticket for sure. 🤣🤣🤣

Just spent 10 minute behind a car bellowing out loverly smelling weed im in my mid 50s i pulled along side them at a set of lights the 2lads in the motor looked in their 20s i said to them "i feel like the copper in cheech and chong riding behind you's " don't think the driver had a clue what i was on about but his passenger was roaring with laughter i think he explained to his mate the significance of what i'd said nice see them having a good laugh until i turned off anyway great to see cheech and chong have stood the test of time. With atleast one of them I havnt seen any of the films for decades. I know what im going to be doing over the weekend peace
