Hello, these looks fantastic. I was wondering can they be premade and frozen? If so, how long can they be frozen till? Thanks for sharing!
@TatyanasEverydayFood3 жыл бұрын
Hi! Thank you! That's a great idea! Yes, these should freeze beautifully. I would store them no more than three months.

Thank you tatyana for this delicious recipe I'm gonna try to make this for my family but is crepes is Russian or French??
@TheNikolaivna7 жыл бұрын
"Blinchiki" or in French "crepes" is essentially a European pancake. Very thin and can be filled with various thing a like fruits and or cheeses of sorts. Sometimes even meats! :) Crepes are definitely a European dish though.

Hi Tatyana, . Greetings from Australia! Aren't nalesniki usually filled with fruit as well as the cheese mix? Some nice tart cherries would counter the sweetness of the cheese and sugar. When you take them out of the oven add some more fruit and/or juice, along with some smetana mixed with mascarpone.
@TatyanasEverydayFood10 жыл бұрын
You can definitely add sour cherries to your liking. I also like to add blueberry or apricot preserves. All delicious :)

Is that an 8 or 10 inch pan
@TatyanasEverydayFood4 жыл бұрын
I think that was a 10-inch pan. 8 or 10 inch will both work well :) Enjoy!

How much flour exactly. You showed 2 small spoons only and said to wisk after each addition. You don’t mention this in the description either. Is that only those 2 small spoons of flour in this recipe with 5 eggs?
@TatyanasEverydayFood Жыл бұрын
No, I added all the flour, not just the 2 spoons. You'll need 1 1/4 cup flour. I have all details on my website here: tatyanaseverydayfood.com/nalesniki-cheese-filled-crepes/#recipe

I tried this it didn't worked that well. The crepe were too crunchy. I wonder what did i do wrong.
@TatyanasEverydayFood10 жыл бұрын
Hmm, maybe try using more batter next time for the crepes. Sometimes you make them too thin, they may turn slightly crispy instead of moist...

How much flour gig u add to the crapes? You say 5eggs butter milk and say spoon in the flour but never say how much of it you move right on to the ricotta cheese and so on.
