These crepes, I thought were extremely difficult to make, so I never tried to make them on my own, thanks to your video and the way you explained it. I followed your recipe and your video exactly to the letter every step as you were talking about it. The crepes came out beautiful. Thank you for your video and your encouragement stating that an individual can be their own culinary without having gone to a culinary school if they follow along with the individual that is doing the video and recipe, cause many weren’t able to go to a professional culinary school in their life or youth because of other responsibilities and commitments, but they can still have the journey and dreams of doing many things in their latter years thanks to individual like yourself that still give them encouragement and hope that one can do many thing and all things as the Bible said through Christ who strengthened them by using individual like yourself to provide sources of recipes and technology, now I can make my own crepes to treat myself to a lovely breakfast, or whatever meal I would like to make them for myself. Put all the wet ingredients in the blender first it lines the jug then dump the flour in last you will have a clean blender jug. The flour won't stick.🌻👍
