What you just cooked are deep-fried spring rolls or Chả giò/Nem rán in Vietnamese. The Gỏi Cuốn is FRESH spring roll, it has vegetables and noodles which is served instantly without cooking or frying.

I really appreciate a lot of your video's. However this one seems to be for me really "comercialized"... The value of the food and cooking itself has been overhelmed by the number of shots of Almazan logo. There is so much "spring" around and you serve fried piece of cheese... weak.
