What a delightful savory creative twist on a well known confectionary. Very clever M. Bruno! An 'amuse bouche' means 'an amusement for the mouth' or an appetizer. Colorful French wit. Its a culinary term. The addition of gelatin is so clever. It will lighten the cheese and give it a gel consistency - slightly. One could also use crackers as the crostini sandwich. The Panettone is very clever, slightly sweet. I think though I would leave it savory with bread instead. Very colorful appetizer. Merci Chef Bruno!

I'm still at a loss as to how he's not on one of the food channels as yet. I see so many mediocre "chefs" being showcased and this man's talent is being sidelined. Oh well, at least he has his faithful KZbin followers.
@TheZenomeProject9 жыл бұрын
I love this man's cooking as well, but I don't think that his skills translate to a Food Network style show. Shows from the Food Network are either reality shows/competitions or designed to get people who don't cook regularly to make a dish or two. Bruno's cooking is not for beginners: I'm even intimidated by some of his recipes and especially his plating.
