When my husband and I first married he hated onions so I used onion powder, then I graduated to finely minced onions, now he like the larger pieces of onion AND orders onions on his hamburger when we eat out! We have been married almost 40 years.

My son is allergic to onions. His wife didn't believe it. She used onion powder in something she cooked and he almost literally died. He spent a week in the hospital. If you decide to hide an ingredient by using it in a different form you could literally be taking their life in your hands.

My husband is picky. Not about what he eats but more about how you prepare it. He hates cooked onions unless they’re in a casserole. He hates chicken unless it’s fried and now he likes it in a air fryer. He will finally eat most vegetables. He would not eat this dish but I would. I think I will make a smaller version. You were talking about sausage on another video. You can make a sausage dip. It has sausage onion, cream cheese, and rotel. You can use tortilla chips to dip with. Sooo good. It's almost a meal itself.
