Love when you bake from scratch. If I ever make eggnog, I would make your recipe. It looked delicious and cooked! Always love watching you cook from scratch.

I made this cake with (3) 9 inch pans. It rose a lot in the middle. Any recommendations on how to fix this. Should I decrease oven temp since the layers are thinner? Or possibly decrease the baking powder?

can you use normal milk rather than evaporated or condensed? I only have normal milk (that's what we keep, we don't have those in the cupboards).

Hope you're well by now, shingles is no joke! Which pot are you using for toffee? There are so many on your page, and is it 6 quarts? Thanks so much for the video, I need to make this.❤

Hello Tammy, thank you for sharing your recipes and knowledge. You have helped me so many times when trying a new recipe. May I ask what kind of pot you are using when making the praline candy?

When I make it I put the crushed pineapple in the cool whip, the bananas I'n banana pudding and strawberry with strawberry glaze for the last layer. Then the top with cool whip and sprinkle with chopped peanuts top with a cherry.

It's also good slicing an angel food cake into layers and putting each of the fruit fillings on each layer. Put in a clear glass servering bowl so everyone can see how delicious it is. Another way is put some graham crackers crumbs in a parfait glass add a spoon full of one of the layers add a little more graham crackers crumbs another layer etc. top with cool whip, chopped peanuts ( your choice) and of course a cherry 🍒. I use to make this every year for my best friends birthday in one form or another.

I’ve gone through at least six recipes and this one is the closest to my mom’s except for the chili powder. But I threw it in anyway! Didn’t have mustard or W sauce on hand this time. Potato chips are a must. Thanks 😋

Can’t wait to try this. I am a big fan of peanut brittle and usually buy See’s but is so expensive I hope to get it as a gift from family. Never made candy before but you make this sound easy. You tube suggested your channel today and now I have subscribed and feels like an early Christmas present! Thanks for sharing. Going to watch the toffee video next.
