I love cheebuger pie o mix hamburger with pepper then cobyjack Chee's re tomatoes red bell peppers chopped up one half oion chopped up then I mix together and put slices of American cheese stick in oven half hour do good

I have had to buy them from a shop that imports US grocery products and it’s costing heaps as they’re pretty marked up (also the postage as I live on the other side of Australia from the shop)! 😊

Thanks for the reply, Stephanie. I don't have much experience using Bisquick, but I have used it to make fruit cobblers, and their recipes (on the Betty Crocker site) didn't call for the addition of any eggs to the mix at all. I think I'll be bold and try making the batter portion of your dish with only one egg, and will tweak the milk and Bisquick amounts to compensate for the decrease in volume. I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks for getting back to me!
