Cheesecake's Miso Salmon with Sake Butter Sauce | Copy Cat Recipe

Hey Fam! Unfortunately we don't have a Cheesecake Factory in our area but when I do get a chance to visit one, my go-to dish is the. Miso Salmon! Luckily I found the recipe online and it is fire! Check out our take on this delicious dish!
Ingredients
1 filet of Salmon
2 tbs Soy Sauce
2 tbs Hot Water
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tbs Miso Paste
1 tbs Butter
1 tbs minced shallots
2 tbs julienned ginger
2 tbs Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Sake
1 stick Cold Butter (cubed)
Dash of Sake
Salt to taste
Half of Lime juice

This looks wonderful! Going to try tomorrow. I am going to add cornstarch to the sauce to make it thicker.

I have been using your recipe to make miso salmon for my family and it is spot on! We actually like it more than what we get at the restaurant. 😆 Thank you for sharing this!

This is one of my favorite dishes…I’ve been trying to make it for awhile now but haven’t come up with it yet. I will try yours next. It looks the closest.

not to be annoying, but you forgot the snow peas. i am going to try this, you are awsome for posting this its the first meal i have tried at the factory!

I’ve never actually had it there, but that’s her favorite there. I guess she says they’re garnished with snow peas.

Do you have to drain the shallots ginger after the sauce is made before you pour it? Or does it kind of dissolve?

Is the butter salted or unsalted?

Salted is fine. I don’t normally buy unsalted. If you have unsalted that’s fine also just taste and add a little salt if needed.

I don’t think the sauce came out sweet. Not sure if maybe it’s the heavy cream or maybe butter? 🤔

Any sake will do. But I used gekkeikan

This looks delicious. BUUUUT, did you use the same baster and bowl of marinade to drizzle the marinade on the coked salmon as you used on the raw salmon???

It’s fresh, we literally eat that same salmon raw 🤷‍♂️. If it were chicken or pork of course we wouldn’t
