Dude! This channel is amazing, I am sooo glad I found it. My mom is from St. Elizabeth in Alligator Pond and I'm living in an area of Canada where I don't get the chance to hang out with any Jamaicans. This is soothing for me and I'm going to try this recipe for sure! My fiance and I will eventually come to Jamaica to elope....I miss the culture sooo much. Thanks!

I love that you added citrus to the jerk rub. When cooking chicken, i soak 5-10 mins in salt and sour orange (cybil orange) juice. Then rinse and season with herbs

@@feedandteach do you know who Anthony Hamilton is his biggest song was Charlene and that was what got him started and that was 21 years ago now being Jamaican I'm sure you know who Bob Marley is LOL I am going to suggest another song but you have to be open-minded his name is Allen Stone he is blue-eyed soul and he sang Bob Marley's classic Is This Love live at a Bonnaroo concert and he will literally take you to church I would love to know what you think FYI I'm a old white lady that loves music add my favorites are Motown Soul Blues add R&B and I live in Toronto if you like Blues I would love to suggest another group to you they are called the teskey brothers and they are from Australia and they're starting to make it big now and you should listen to their song Rain it will blow you away seriously
