I hope Ron is right and soup weather is on the way. It is here today in Northern California. I bought some fresh corn at the farm stand yesterday, just for soup. 🤞🤞 I hoped for a recipe and here it is. Rachel, I’d love to know more about the different chilis. Thanks! I am going to make this! I am American, living in Bogota, Colombia and often cant get a lot of ingredients, but can get these! I miss the vegetables from Vermont where our corn is incredible and many others, but here, while their corn is what we fed cows, there are so many fruits, I dont know what 75% of them are in the market. I try new ones and sometimes I win, sometimes not so much LOL. Thank you Host and best wishes to other posters

Omg... this is a must try recipe! Corn chowder is one of my most favorite soups. I can't wait to try this recipe. If you don't have poblano peppers, another pepper that you can use is a Hatch green chile pepper. I'm from New Mexico. We use green chili for almost every recipe. Not all recipes but a lot of recipes.
