Oh Rachel Rachel Rachel....I stumbled upon your video's a couple of years ago and I've been a follower since. Absolutely love your videos and recipes! You've taught me so much and I have used your recipes many times. What I particularly like is the tradition. You are not only cooking from your heart and enjoyment but you are sharing the tradition - recipes that have been passed down from years past. There are so many out there who no longer cook or were never taught particularly the younger generation. Thankful that your sharing your knowledge and traditions with the rest of us! I live in Austin Texas so we are neighbors but strangely after watching so many videos and trying your recipes, I feel like we are friends.
