Can you help me to find the perfect word for this rich, cheese-filled bread? I get confused about how to describe “pogacha” in English 😊 Rich bread, snack, savory bread..? Please write your comments especially if you are native English speakers, thanks ☺
@MsKingusbaby12 жыл бұрын
I am not native spraker, but fluffy, slightly sweet bread here in UK is called brioche (from French) so this could be called a cheese brioche maybe? Funny how pogaca means something similar, I'm Hungarian and we write it pogácsa and it has layers usually, and round shaped with cheese or either fried up goose fat/bacon on top (töpörtyű). Yummy, and will make your pogaça soon Inshallah 😋

😊ah you are right! You can use half the amount but better to freeze while it is still fresh. Just take out as much as you need and reheat in a pan. It will be like right from the oven 🤗
