Cheesy Veg Lasagna Recipe ❤️🧀 |

Recipe: 1. DOUGH: Take a bowl, add 1 cup maida, 1 cup barik suji (grinded suji), 1 tsp oil, salt, 1/4 cup milk powder and water. Knead to form a stretchy-soft dough. Cover and let it rest. 2. RED SAUCE: Take a pan, add oil, chopped onions, coriander stem and garlic. Saute till light golden. Then add 1/2 cup tomato puree along with salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder and let it cook properly. Finally, add oregano and chilli flakes. 3. WHITE SAUCE: Take a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp maida. Once the maida turns light golden, add milk. Keep whisking, there should be no lumps. Keep on adding milk to adjust the consistency. Once you get a smooth sauce, add salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano and cheese. Mix well. 4. Now take a portion of the dough, roll it out flat and cut out rectangles. Boil them in a saucepot with hot water for 2-5 mins till they start floating on the top. 5. Take a pan and lightly toss veggies of choice with salt, oregano and chilli flakes. I have used boiled corn, onions and capsicum. 6. ASSEMBLE: Start layering the pasta sheets in a heat-safe tin, add the red sauce, veggies, white sauce, cheese and repeat. Top with loads of cheese and chilli flakes. 7. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 mins or till side crust forms.

I love lasagna so much that I can have it like every week and I guess it’s bit tricky and difficult to make maybe that’s why it didn’t gained that much popularity even I tried to make it and it took me 1.5hrs 😂 so now love visiting into some restaurants where they make genuine lasagna
