He'd better be careful that bruise is absolutely horrible. A really good friend of mine lived behind me and she was trying to move a fridge and when she lifted the one side of the fridge up trying to walk it to where she wanted it, it fell down and it scraped her stomach area and her side and she had a huge bruise. It wasn't even 2 weeks later when nobody had heard from her for a couple of days, she was found on the floor, and she had a stroke. I guess a blood clot had formed from this huge bruise/injury and she had passed away from it. I hope he's being checked constantly by doctors.

I have to admit I don’t like wearing my bicycle helmet but it did help prevent getting a nasty fall to my head two years ago due to fatigue and dehydration. My body received cuts and bruises from the fall but at least I was able to get up and walk away with my brain intact. Now I always put on my helmet anytime I’m bicycling.
