My brother and I just visited their booth and bought their lamb and chicken buns. Honestly, one of THE BEST foods we have tried in the Richmond Night Market❤️😭 Great portions. The meat is so TENDER. It’s spicy, savoury, sweet, umami and everything else you’d hope to taste in a good Chinese dish!! 10/10 would recommend. Edit: the family & staff are super friendly too!🥺

I love this so much! I don't eat meat or dairy so night market seemed too difficult to find anything since there's so much and people are too busy to go over the food. Went when family was in town and was able to find some things I could eat. Had I never gone though I wouldn't have realized it's an entrepreneurial chance for people to experiment with food ideas and that's so cool. Love this series so far and I remember this man's joy was so infectious. The inclusion of his kids, his story, just makes me fall in love with him even more! Look forward to more of these!
