I have an "authentic Chinese" restaurant near me in America where they use the cumin LEAF also in their cumin lamb dish... It was unexpected, but actually tasted GREAT.

没买到羊肉,照着这个方子,稍微调整了一下炒制的时间,做了个孜然牛肉,味道太好啦!

我喜欢羊肉,尤其是Bar-B-Q(用煤油炸)风格的时候 I love lamb meat, especially when it is Bar-B-Q (fried on coal) style
@yanzhang69384 жыл бұрын
I guess you meant “碳烤”. “用煤油炸” means “fried in kerosene”, which might not be even eatable ...

Chef Wang, many years ago when I was studying in HeFei, I had a dish of coriander with peanuts. It was served with a lamb hot pot, and was incredibly fragrant and delicious despite it's absolute simplicity. As far as I could tell, it was just coriander leaves stir fried with peanuts, which retained the brown inner skin, but I've never been able to duplicate it at home in Canada. I wonder if you have some insight into this particular dish and how the chef was able to produce such flavour and aroma without any obvious spicing? Would love to see a tutorial 😉
