Kwame is a Baoulé name. A very wide-spread, common Baoulé name. And you're right, it's from Ghana where most Baoulés live but there are Baoulés in Nigeria and Ivory Coast (Côte d'Ivoire) as well. African countries were not drawn with the people in mind so the precolonial countries are more evident if you follow ethnicities. The Baoulés, the Agnis (añis) and Ashantis are all part of a group of ethnicities called the Akan. They are typically Lupita Black and tall people.

Guessing adding chicken broth is his own twist! which nuh make it authentic brown stew! however wid his cultural mixture, twists are gonna be a given!!he must be good to have to have reservations 30d ahead!!
