The Top 6 home cooks face the annual restaurant takeover in Michael Bonacini's iconic "Auberge du Pommier" an Oliver & Bonacini restaurant. Barrie and Aaron are the captains of the Red and Blue teams respectively. The teams have to prepare two appetizers, an artichoke salad and a duck consommé en croute, and two entrees, a beef tenderloin dish and a ham-wrapped monkfish dish.
