Adam Hallsworth Not everyone knows every food name, he didn't know what makes a good sausage roll so he couldn't judge it as well. He's a big name in the industry and makes gold-medal quality wine, have several restaurants. I think he has nearly the same experience with Gordon, apart from cooking which Gordon himself admitted that he wanted Joe since he had a very good palate.

I was inspired by this dish and created my own version. It's basically the same except that I spread cream cheese on the inside of the puff pastry and then rolled it up with the sausage. Also I put the basil pesto on top and not just around.

This might seem irrelevant, but there's a video on basset hound pack eating on youtube where the alpha basset hound eats from the food bowl first and all the other dogs/hounds lie down and wait submissively till the alpha hound has eaten.
