For sawsawan, soy sauce and vinegar with lots of chopped onions and chili flakes or chili oil is optional if you like it spicy

My wife loves this Sawsawan: Cucumber + Singkamas + Sibuyas and Kamatis Mixed together. Add Vinegar, Toyo and a little bit of sugar and pepper and lots of Sili (make sure its red, para di makain, for the folks sa ayaw maka kain ng sili.) 😁

for the sauce, try a japanese twist of wasabi and light soy sauce and kalamansi.

You can also add some pepper flakes and it really taste good. It adds some kick on the Lechon Belly.
You can brush the pork skin with vinegar and put it in your air fryer at 200F for 20 mins to dry

I would think yes. If I can air fry frozen chicken wings, I should be able to cook this mini belly from the freezer too. I will be trying this for sure. I will post back once I do this.
