Made this today, ang sarap lasang milky, buttery and nutty. First time ko mag try ng toasted. I’ve used an air fryer, burnt un first batch, pero surprisingly di bitter, nung naamoy ko na kasi na ttoast na sya kagad ko na tiningnan, maybe that was after 6mins at 190C. Sa next batch binabaan ko na un temperature to 160C, siguro mga 5 to 6 mins toasted na sila. Monitor nyo na lang kasi tancha tancha din ako when I’ve used the air fryer. Medyo naging crumbly un akin kaya binilog ko na lang, di ko ma shape gaya kay chef pero ang sarap pa din ng outcome,matigas sa labas pero soft pag kinain, parang milk cookies na ewan hehe

Thank you, Chef RV, for this recipe, good timing kasi craving ako sa pastillas. Here in the US madami na din nagtitinda dito ng filipino goods, but too expensive.
