I am a follower of your mother Ms Nora Daza in fact I still have a copy of her Cookbook Let's Cook with Nora which was publish in 1965. I'm so happy that you are now on KZbin.

I learned how to cook when I got married, my mom in law gave me the original nora daza cookbook 🥰.. so happy to see Mr Sandy Daza on youtube to learn more how to cook really delicious foods.

My family is one your suki at your Vancouver restaurant and was star truck when I met you there. Since we missed your cooking here, now I can cook for my family inspired by your recipes.

Hindi naman authentic yan. Niloloko nyo ba Yung tao? Guanciale at pecorino romano cheese Ang gamit ng authentic Italian Carbonara.
