If you want something different from Masal vadai and Methu vadai, this Keera vadai will be the best crunchy and healthy option for breakfast as well as for evening snacks. The urad dal used here is rich in protein. So this will be a healthy combo with spinach (Arai Keerai ).

Here are the ingredients for this
Keerai vadai
Urad dal - 250 gms
Local spinach (Arai Keerai) - 1/2 bunch
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Peppercorn - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 strings
Coriander leaves - few
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Green chilli - ¾ tsp
Ginger - ¾ tsp
Salt as required
