check out the powerflamer out door burner. It's wok specific, propane powered and puts out like 165k. it is my favorite piece of cooking equipment. Also just noticed this comment is 3 years old, hopefully you see this!

Hi Chef Wang, great dish, but 2 questions: 1. How do i translate stir fry cooking on your rocket stove to induction cooking? 2. What kind of beer do you use? The kind of beer has much influence on the taste.

You can’t really compare the “rocket stove” to an induction cooker, best bet on a induction is to just use it normally and make sure the pan or wok is always really hot, the beer he used is just any lager beer. Corona, Heineken, Budweiser etc

I am not certain and the video does not say, but since it is Sichuan dish, my guess from the looks of it is sichuan peppercorns as it makes sense for most sichuan dishes

@@alexandreleviev2951 no idea. can always make the dish 2-3 times and try using 1, then the other, and then both and see how the flavors come out. Or if you are familiar with the taste already, choose the one you like personally. I don't think you can go too wrong with it.
