Wow.everything looked so great. You are a whirling dervish. I just went plant based almost 3 weeks ago. I have lost 9 lbs and feel great for some fighting stage 3 cancer for year and a half. Currently getting chemo infusions. The drs aren’t healing me so I’m taking This into my own hands with my new way of eating. I feel very positive that this will help the cancer from growing as fast or not at all. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Happy Valentine’s Day.

Thank you for saying what you said about triggering people. People watch tv, listen to the radio, drive down the road, etc. all seeing triggering advertisements. I feel like many people are a little too sensitive about this subject. We all know what we can & can't abide. We have to live in the world. You are helping people to live their healthiest life. Not just a certain faction of people.

Thanks for saying that! I don't go out of my way to upset folks but so many people need transitional recipes and recipes for the families too. I am never going to please everyone, that is for sure.

If you use the flat end of the citrus tool, you can slip it under the rind and it comes off quite easily. Great recipes! Bought some oat groats and now I know what to do with them.

The flourless pancake recipe was actually developed by Natalie at feastingonfruit.com . He does give her credit on thebigmansworld.com, but it's way down at the bottom of the recipe, so it's not immediately obvious, or at least it wasn't to me! She has lots of fantastic recipes for fruit-sweetened breakfasts and desserts. I have no affiliation with her; I just use her recipes frequently and think she deserves credit!

Hi AJ, Do you use different silicone rings in your instant pot for savory recipes and oats for example as I find the rings hold odours?
@CHEFAJ7 жыл бұрын
I have 3 extra rings but so far haven't needed them.
@ellenshealthykitchen4 жыл бұрын
I find that storing the IP lid upside down with the silicone ring facing out - this airs it out and it tends not to retain the odors of what you cooked as much. Hope that helps!
