I wish you would credit the origins of Chinese-Korean dishes like hotteok and jajjangmyeon. These dishes were brought to Korean by hard working Chinese immigrants only a hundred years ago (around the same time when pizza arrived in the US) and became integral parts of Korea’s dining culture today, yet I feel like there’s often little respect to the people who made it all happen. Chinese immigrants like me would really appreciate it considering how your western audiences don’t know the history.
